About The Lightwell
The Lightwell Development is located downtown Kamloops and is walking distance to all amenities. It will have 140 residential apartments and 12,000 square feet of commercial space. The residential apartments will be a mix of strata ownership and rentals. This is an airspace development and will allow for each section to operate independently from each other. Completion will be Fall of 2021.
